Christina Ioannidis

My mantra is “Inspiring you to be you”.

I am passionate about inspiring others, whether they be individuals, employees, consumers or companies, to fulfil their aspirations.

To do this, I use a combination of tailor-made leadership development interventions and consulting based on real business experience that spans multiple countries, cultures, business sizes and marketplaces.

Here are some of the projects that I have worked on in the last 5 years:

• Corporate Identity audit and rebranding of a national charity.
• International roll out of consumer services for a global wireless network.
• Development of luxury accessories brand from scratch, including retail processes.
• Authored and delivered a suite of training programs focussing on gender diversity for the Financial Services sector.

I am natural learner.

My business experience is broad and very varied. I have benefitted from a suite of learning experiences, including the failure of my first business venture. I am unashamed of this – I took the risk, and as is inherent with risk, I failed. Consquently, I learnt.

I am not a coach, an academic nor a psychologist. I am a hard grafter, who has learnt the ins and outs of business and importance of personal development the hard way.

As the old saying goes: “Good decisions come from wisdom, knowledge, and experience. And wisdom, knowledge and experience come from bad decisions”.
