Following a varied corporate career, I have launched several businesses that have challenged the status quo: always striving to empower women and create business environments that are conducive to diversity.
A Venezuelan – Greek, I am the founder and CEO (Chief Engagement Officer) of Aquitude, a leading Organizational, People and Market Development Consultancy. Aquitude was born out of my passion for empowering cultural diversity and enhancing cultural change within business to increase innovation. I am honoured to have worked with clients such as Shell, Barclays, Accenture, Mercer, Detica, PA Consulting, among others.
I am also a speaker and deliver interactive and engaging keynotes at conferences worldwide. I have strong views, based on hard-grafted experience, in the subjects of gender-savvy leadership and talent management, employee and customer engagement, effective product development and marketing, as well as innovation and intrapreneurship.
I have been invited to comment on Sky News, The Sunday Times, The Observer, The Evening Standard, The Guardian, among others.
I am also the founder of the Business Innovation through Diversity Forum (www.bidiversity.com), a not-for-profit think tank which aims to cross-fertilise thinking and ideas between private and public enterprise, entrepreneurs, and academia.
When not traveling, I enjoy yoga, pilates and sailing, as well as designing my own jewellery and accessories.
