I am an entrepreneur, trainer and facilitator with over 14years commercial experience in a variety of industries.

I have always been, and felt different. I am a Venezuelan – Greek, with a British schooling. I speak 5 languages fluently: Spanish, Greek, English, French and Italian.

I am thus passionate about empowering diversity and enhancing cultural change within business, and the world.

I have worked with FTSE 100 companies in looking at the attraction, retention and advancement of a diverse and engaged human capital. This includes developing programmes to:

I believe the key to Diversity is celebrating the cultural differences between the genders, as well as other cultural groups, and leveraging the strengths associated with each.
